For insurance and safety purposes, ITC workouts are for members only. Our goal is to provide all workouts at no additional cost, outside of your membership fee.

2025 Winter and Spring Programming

Zwift Virtual Ride Series

  • January to April

    Time: 6 pm every other Wednesday starting 1/8/2025

  • Zwift Virtual Rides

    How to join ITC in Zwift:

    Using the Zwift Companion App, fine "Clubs" tab at bottom of main screen

    • In the "All Clubs" tab, search for ithacaTRIclub in search function

    • Click on ithacaTRIclub icon and "Join"

    Once you join an event and log onto Zwift to ride, it will appear in your "Events" tab. If you have any difficulty signing up or accessing your events, please let us know.

  • No matter your power output, we will all be riding together - so whether you take it easy or test your FTP, we'll all ride together and explore different Zwift routes every session.

B(Run)ch Run Series

  • January to April

    Time: 9 am every other Saturday starting 1/18/2025
    (Arrive 5 mins early)

  • Ithaca children’s garden parking lot

  • Kick off your 2025 resolutions with a fun hour-long run.

    Whether you're training for your next race or just looking to stay active, these hour long out-and-back runs are perfect for all paces and experience levels.

    After the run, stick around to enjoy an optional post-run brunch with fellow athletes.

    Feel free to bring a friend/running partner for the inaugural run.

Monthly Brick Workouts

  • June to Mid-September

    Time: 8 am and 9 am
    (Arrive 15 mins early)

  • Meet at Brookton’s Market, park at the Caroline Valley Comm Church 1/4 mile down the road.

  • Our first brick of the year will be June 1 in Brooktondale! We'll follow that up with July 27, August 17, and September 7. We'll meet at Brookton's Market at 8AM for one or two loops (14 miles each), followed by a 2.5 mile run. If you'd like to lead a ride, please reach out!

Open Water Swims

  • June to September

    Time: 6 pm every Monday
    (Arrive 15 mins early)

  • Every Monday evening (6PM) starting at end of June through September. As in previous years, we manage a separate open water swim list for information and notifications. Our hosts also ask that anyone new to the swims attend a canoe clinic (offered June 3 or June 10). Please complete this interest form if you're planning on participating in the swims!

Skill Clinics

  • Tentatively scheduled for June 29, we'll practice some bike handling, including grabbing water bottles at aid stations. We'll also go over how to check your bike prior to riding and basic mechanical skills. More details to come!

  • Are you nervous about swimming in open water? Want to know how to transfer your pool skills to the lake? On July 1st, we are hosting a clinic to help you get comfortable or brush up on your open water skills! Please fill out the Open Water Swim interest form to join us for this clinic!
